This video is in honor of my beloved Pop, Lee Henry Williams. He passed away on November 28, 2021. It doesn't feel like it's been 2 years. He often told me, "Esha, pave your own road." Go about your life experience your own way, 1st bae. I still hear him saying that, too. My guy!
And here I am, sharing what works for me. Love you pop!
So I say the same to you.
Give yourself the gift of permission.
Permission to go about it your own way.
Permission to process your feelings.
Permission to do what is best for you.
Permission to be well for yourself.
